COMMISSION TOS
 
☆MOP will only be through Paypal and Kofi (both USD)☆I require full upfront payment before starting and may only accept payment after sketch if I personally know you☆I have the right to decline any commissions I’m not comfortable with☆I may use the finished commissions in any way such as for posting, for examples, etc. Do let me know beforehand if you don't want me to post it/post it on a later date instead☆Strictly NO refunds are allowed☆DO NOT remove my watermarks/alter the piece☆I accept revisions within the sketching period but big changes on the finished piece may have additional charges☆Commercial usage should be discussed first-I want to know what it’ll be used for. Take note as well that there will be a charge fee☆Credit me when reposting the finished piece☆DO NOT IN ANY WAY USE MY ARTWORK FOR NFTS/CRYPTO/AI

ADOPT/DESIGN TOS
 
☆Be sure when deciding to buy or bid for an adopt, I don’t accept refunds and I may be hesitant to sell another adopt to you again if you ghost me☆I don’t mind redesigns of the character nor do you need to ask for my permission!☆I’d appreciate it if you don’t sell the adopt in a higher price than what you originally bought unless you’ve added commissioned art for them
_{Same goes with if you got the adopt through trading/art then please give them away through that means as well unless again there's commissioned art.}☆Unless stated on the specific adopt, there will be a commercial usage fee, lmk too what your planning on doing with them☆I don’t mind if you co-own an adopt between you and your friend☆For TH only, don't remove my user tag please, it's just a way to keep track of the character☆Though it doesn’t need to be stated, do not remove my credits as the designer☆DO NOT IN ANY WAY USE MY ARTWORK FOR NFTS/CRYPTO/AI
